A: Our camera has AI human detection function, and the accuracy rate is higher than the previous motion detection accuracy rate, but the current all of AI human detection accuracy rate of video surveillance products is not very high. If the alarm accuracy rate is relatively high, it is recommended to purchase special alarm equipment.

Q: Can I extend the cable between camera and power adapter ?

Q: A hard disk is already installed in the NVR, do I need to install a memory card in the camera?

A: Our products can use two APPs, “EseeCloud” and “CKK”. CKK app has no ads. It is recommended to use the “CKK” APP. You can search and download it in google play or APP store.

A: Our camera is an economical PTZ camera, which can only be controlled manually and does not support automatic tracking of moving objects.

A: This function is turned on by default, and the white light will turn on when the alarm is triggered at night. Detection Zone Selectable

The motion detection is not only adjustable on sensitivity, but also the detection zone is selectable on your needs.
